About the Author

Kareemah Y. Williams: a Mom, writer, educator, and creative visionary rooted in resilience and rebirth. Writing has always been her sacred space-a way to process, to heal, and to rediscover the strength that lives within transformation. What began as a personal journey of healing evolved into her life’s mission: helping others find their voice, reclaim their power, and write their own stories of restoration.

Through the company, Rooted in Resilience & Rising, she fosters spaces for growth and healing- from empowering workshops and creative writing sessions to mindset and personal development experiences that nurture both the heart and soul. Most recently, she launched a self-publishing consulting company, where she guides aspiring authors through every step of bringing their books to life, from concept to copyright, editing to publishing.

Outside of her work, she is most at peace when she is behind the camera, painting, or surrounded by nature, all of which remind her to stay grounded, grateful, and inspired. Her journey is one of rising and helping others rise, too, one story at a time.
